One band for your whole partnership, set by your average billable endpoints across every client in the billing period. That band's rate applies to every endpoint. There are no levels to apply for.

Per endpoint per month. Average endpoints are your billable device-days in the period divided by the days in it, with Govern and Protect counted together. Margin is rounded and averages the two plans at suggested retail prices of $7 and $11; you set your own client prices.
Each enrolled device counts once for each day it's enrolled, at its client's plan. A device added mid-month costs only the days it ran. Archive a client and its count stops that day.
Billing periods run from the 29th to the 28th. The console's Licensing report shows every device-day and your estimated charge at any time, and you have 30 days to question a charge.
Up to 100 endpoints in your own organization run free on any plan and never count toward your band. Using them for a client's devices makes them that client's.
Your rates don't go up before your 13th billing period, and any later change comes with 60 days' notice. Moving to a different band as your fleet changes isn't an increase.
The free trial is 30 days on one client, with any number of devices and no credit card. Nothing is billed until you accept the Partner Agreement and convert.
The Partner Agreement covers every client you add. There are no order forms to sign as you grow, and you can leave on 30 days' notice.

Yes, client by client. Your band counts every billable endpoint across both plans, and you choose each client's plan in its settings. A change applies from that day.
